How it all began   | 7-Step Pprocess Management  

1  Project Planning
"If you fail to plan, you plan to fail."- Project briefing is done to establish the requirements of the job to enable the selection of consultants. Then the construction strategies are determined and a prepared proposed scheduling and reporting system is worked out.

2  Budge and Cost
The establishment of cost plans and budget allocation is done by our experienced quantity surveyors. They manage variations, review schedule, costs compliance and prepare the certification of progress payments.

3  Design Management & Pre-construction Planning
Consultants work together to create the design management strategy and conduct contract pre-qualification to ensure the right team comes onboard. After this, contracts are awarded to incumbent assocites.

5  Management & Quality Control
Procedures, manual information, drawings submission and documentation flow is an integral part of our project management process to ensure stringent quality control for all our jobs as it ensures warranties and maintenance criteria be adhered to.

6  Communication & Reporting
"We cannot not communicate." - We engage our clients is regular progress meetings beginning from design up to construction stage to ensure that accurate information flow and timelines are kept. It also serves well for early warning signs or detection of potential errors and prepares us for immediate rectification to save on time and cost.

7  Safety & Welfare
Our people are our asset and we protect them by ensuring that they keep to the optimum level of safety standards by using harnesses, barriers and practicing environmental responsibility and hygiene at wookplaces.

 

A proven 7-step framework process is utilized in integrating the diverse resources that any project requires, relieving clients of the burden of micro-management. Our factories in Singapore and in Shanghai, are both fully equipped with a comprehensive range of woodworking machinery to produce custom-designed furniture and to carry out joinery work.  We have a total staff strength of about 300 employees in our factories and in our project sites.  They include skilled carpenters, well-trained technicians, and experienced supervisors and managers.

We are very confident of providing the very high standards of quality expected by our clients, because of our extensive experience in the custom-built furnishing and interior fit-out field, and also because of our very dedicated and experienced staff.
